I have not received any email.

For improved privacy we do not store your email on our database. Only a cryptographic hash is stored in our database. For this reason we cannot deliver you your codes via email.

How can I access my order details and keys?

You can access your order details (your keys will also be available here after payment is complete for the order) anytime by using our ‘Track Order’ page.

Where is my order id?

After each checkout, you will be greeted with a order details page. Please click the ‘Download confirmation’ button to download a text file containing your order details including order id.

I have lost my order id

Please contact support and provide the following details.

  1. Order email
  2. Ordered product
  3. Order date

I want a refund
